Slimtrack.co.za is a South African weight management resource and community site operated by Slimmer Media CC and is subject to the laws of South Africa.

These Terms and conditions are legally binding on users of Slimtrack and its website, www.slimtrack.co.za. By using the site you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the Terms and conditions, you should leave the Slimtrack website and discontinue use of all of its services immediately. If you wish to become a registered Slimtrack member and use its services, you must read these Terms and conditions and accept them during the registration process.

Slimtrack users may not post any material that is illegal under South African law. Any material that is deemed in Slimtrack's sole discretion to be obscene, lewd, consituting harassment, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, offensive or inappropriate may be removed without warning. This includes, but is not limited to, any material or content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.  Slimtrack  assumes no responsibility or liability for any such material which may find its way onto the site. Users are encouraged to report any such material or content or other forms of misuse.

Slimtrack may, in its sole discretion and without any notice or liability, restrict or remove any user's access to the site for failure to adhere to the terms of use or for any other reason.

By using  Slimtrack, you warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; that you are 16 years of age or older; and that your use of  Slimtrack does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your membership terminated without warning if we believe that you are under 16 years of age.

Slimtrack charges no fees for its use, but does require registration. Members must choose a password upon registration. This password enables access to the site and as a user you are responsible for ensuring its confidentiality. You agree to notify  Slimtrack immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password or profile. You are solely responsible for any use of your account.

Slimtrack and its services are intended exclusively for the personal use of members. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavor except those specifically approved by Slimtrack. Illegal use includes, but is not limited to, collecting user names or email addresses of Slimtrack members by any means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email. Advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Slimtrack without notice and may result in termination of membership access.
