Subject: Life is running away with me
Hi,

Sorry I've been so quiet - things are hectic with pregnancy (27 weeks now) and work and daughter.

Weight loss (or no gain) still on track - when I weighed this morning I was still 5kg lighter than when I feel pregnant. Yesterday some people were astonished to hear I was pregnant at all! All good, except if you want some sympathy because you're tired..

How is everyone on here doing?

not good!

over the past two months my weight has fluctuated between 70.1 and 68.7 . Today I am right where I began @ 70.1kg .
It's as if I am looking for an easy fix, and I do feel good when my weight goes down, but over time it remains constant .

Losing weight is an ongoing struggle for me. I have managed to lose 8 kg over the last 3 months, but now, in winter, I find it very difficult to stick to my portion sizes. I am seeing a dietician once every two weeks who has worked out a balanced meal plan for me, and I finally started walking my dogs at least 3 times a week, which helps a bit. Actually I need someone to check on me every day to make sure I am still on the right track!

I don't think losing weight is easy for anyone. I wish more people will join the forums, and then we can support each other! But I'm sure it will come with time...

News here is that I'm now 31 and a half weeks pregnant, and my stomach has finally popped out. Fortunately, I'm still not huge. My weight has been relatively constant, but I think I can see it creeping up a tiny little bit (which is not bad, I suppose).

Lots of other stress in my life, but I'm trying to just do things day by day.
