What are you doing to survive Easter? Personally, I just keep the treats out of my house, but you cannot deny a 2 yr old Easter eggs and hot cross buns. So the house is full of goodies.

Even when I don't feel like it I stuff myself with the stuff.

So I quit smoking whoo hoo! lol And I have been reading up on natural appetite suppressants and ways of speeding up metabolism.

Since Thursday I've been trying out the Molasses, Lemon juice, Cayenne Pepper and water recipe. It is really filling and you don't feel like eating after taking it. But it's YUCKIE!!!!!!!!!!!! lol, I cannot believe that some people actually take this mixture for a few days as a detox or cleanse!
So, I've decided to have a small cup of the mixture every day.

Over the next few days I will incorporate: Apples, flax seed (perhaps), apple cider vinegar, WATER, caffeine (ok - I'll limit myself to two cups) and soup.

There. I have my shopping list set out for me

I have to mention that I'm fine during the week and at work, in controlling what I eat. But WEEKENDS - are EVIL!!!!

That sounds pretty disgusting!! I've decided the next few days will be a complete write-off, and I won't feel guilty about it.

BUT this morning I did a 90 minute hike on Melville Koppies - a really decent walk. And this afternoon I was in the park running after my daughter, so it's not been an entire waste. I think after yesterday I've had just too many Easter eggs, so today I went a bit easier on the chocolate.

Enjoy the next two days of the glorious loooooooooooong weekend.
